Q1: When do you start the order?

A: We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment by T/T. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.
If the order is urgent, you’d better pay 100% in advance.

Q2: Want a sample?

A: If the clients need to be sent the samples, the fee arising will be borne by the clients. After the contract being concluded, the sample fee    incurred could be offset the payment for goods.

    Sometimes, we suggest you purchasing one product as your sample.

Q3: Shipping?

A: Can be delivery by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air is 5 business days maximum and by sea 15-30 days.

Q4: Can you provide a design service?

A: Yes. If you tell us what you are looking for, we can produce a number of design options for you to choose from.

Q5: I can't find what I'm looking for, can you help?

Q6: Can I get a discount for large orders?

A: We offer substantial savings for large users. If you need large quantities, additional discounts will be available. Please enquire us.

Q7: What does "RUVA" mean? What is a reflector lamp?

A: RUVA is a lamp that has a special reflective coating inside the lamp. They generally have a lower UVB percentage, such as 2.6. 
Other lamp manufacturers designate that their lamps have built-in reflectors by using the letter "R". If it just has an R that usually means that the lamp is a reflector lamp with a higher UVB percentage.

Q1: What if I can’t find what I want in your web page?

A: The size and color of the product can be changed according to your requirements. Moreover, we can produce lamps according to you specification.

Q2: How easy is it to install outdoor lamps？

A: Our products are very easy to install. Usually it is just a matter of opening the box and placing the fixture in the garden in your chosen location. No real skills are required and often the only tool necessary is a screwdriver. Operating instructions come with every product.

Q3: Can the bulbs be replaced?

A: Most of the lamps we offer use LED as the light source. An LED is a light Emitting Diode. It’s not really a light bulb but an electrical component that emits light. These are proven to be highly reliable components, give off almost no heat and have a life expectancy of up to 20 years. Being an electrical component, LED is soldered into place onto a circuit board or module, as replacement is not normally required. But we have those products have bulbs that can be easily replaced and you can purchase these from us, if necessary。

Q4: Can the batteries be Changed and is this easy to do?

A: Many of the solar lights we offer use regular AA type rechargeable batteries. These are inexpensive, commonly found and easily purchased from any good battery retailer or from our web site. We recommend that they are replaced every 2-3 years or when necessary. Replacement is quite easy to do and instructions provided give more information on this procedure.

Q5: Can the transformer be mounted outside?

A: Yes. The standard range of exterior garden lighting transformers are housed in black weatherproof IP rated boxes, normally to be mounted on a wall or post where they will be hidden behind planting and landscape features, or in manholes, under decking, and in outbuildings. Special ground burial types are available for locations where it would be difficult to site a transformer within a reasonable distance of the garden lighting fitting.

Q6: What are the advantages of low voltage garden lighting？

A: Low-voltage lighting is energy efficient, so it’s a great way to green your lifestyle while saving money in the process. Also remember that low-voltage lighting in no way means low-impact lighting effects. As a matter of fact, low-voltage lighting is perfectly scaled to residential homes. It can be easily installed without damaging to existing trees, shrubs or groundcover as well. More over, fixtures can even be relocated to other locations. Most of our Garden Lamps are low voltage garden lighting, so you can find your heart desires one.

About decorative lamps

Q1: Do your decorative lamps waste much energy?

A: Most of our decorative lamps are power saving, you don’t have to worry about waste too much energy.

Q2: How long should my lamps last?

A: Most manufactures will have a rated lift time for lamp they make. This information should be given to you at the time you purchase your lamps. Most lamp distributors have the information readily available. If not, ask them to contact the lamp manufacturer for you. Or, you can call them yourself.

Q3: How should I choose my landscape lamps?

A: There are three principles to choose landscape lamps. They are as follows:

   a. good looking

   b. good quality and durable

   c. gentle light, which won’t do harm to your eyes.

Q4: What about the producing time?

A: It depends on whether we have stores. If there are stores, it won’t take long time. If not, you wait for 6 to 15 days.

Q5: What is a hanging lamp？

A: A pendant lamp is any lamp that hangs from the ceiling by things such as a cord, pole or chain. Rather than being directly attached to the  electrical fixture, a hanging lamp is suspended from the fixture.
